About the studio

Dferrer_Studio is a 3D and architectural visualization studio founded in 2015 by architect Daniel Ferrer, originally from South America and now based in Europe, France.

Over the years, we've worked across architecture and other related fields, from interior design to furniture and products — helping studios and clients turn early concepts into images that sell and communicate the story behind every project.

We think of ourselves less as renderers and more as photographers of moments that haven't happened yet — reading light, materiality and composition the way you would through a real lens. Always learning, always chasing the latest technologies of the craft.

Our approach is hybrid. We use AI as one more tool within a traditional archviz pipeline, so we always keep full control of the project — generating variations, refining visuals or turning a still image into video, with an architect's eye guiding every decision.
Do you build websites for real estate? +
Yes, we build custom websites for real estate agencies and developments — with project galleries, integrated 360°/VR tours, and presentation optimized to sell before construction.
What's the process like until delivery? +
The flow is fairly linear: we start from your plans or references, model the scene in 3D, set up cameras and materials, render, adjust based on your feedback, and deliver the final files.
What do I need to get a quote for my project? +
To put together a quote we need floor plans or a CAD/BIM model (if you already have one), style references that represent what you're after, and a short description of the project with the deliverables you need. With that we'll get back to you with an accurate quote.
How long does a project take? +
It depends on the scope and complexity of each project, adjusted to your specific needs and requirements. We give you a concrete timeline along with the quote, before starting.
What do you deliver with your services? +
We adapt to what each project needs: high-resolution images, video files, navigable VR panoramas and 360° tours, or CAD/PDF documentation — whatever format best fits your project.

We accept bank transfer or online payment platforms, to be decided based on whatever's most convenient for the client or the studio.
